Children’s Water Festival
Grade 4 students and teachers (as well as
combined grade 3-4 and 4-5 classes) are
invited to participate in a unique learning
experience at the Eastern Ontario
Children’s Water Festival (EOCWF).
The Eastern Ontario Children’s Water
Festival allows students to learn and respect
both nature and water in a fun, dynamic
environment. In participating in the more
than 30 activity centers, the students
learned about: the physical science of
water, water treatment and distribution
systems, ground- and underground water
resources, the relationships between
humans, plants, animals, soil, water and air,
etc.
