International Plowing Match: Rural Expo 2003

This was our main project of 2003. The “Conservation Zone” brought together 40 local and provincial environmental partners under one roof (tent). This project was over two years in the planning and the out come could not have been better. Besides the excellent venue to educate the public on the environment and environmental issues, we also wanted to show that there are many people and groups, both government and non-government working to support “Conservation” in our community. Our “Conservation Zone” was seen as a highlight—a must see at the match.
