Prairie Grasses Restoration Course

The Grenville Land Stewardship Council hosted a six-week, 2-hour workshop on prairie grass restoration. Participants were involved in the sowing and germination of prairie grasses. Philip Fry from the Old Field Habitat Garden and Wildflower Nursery led the group in the design and planting of demonstration plots at the South Grenville Environmental Centre.
