Ontario Rangers
A team of rangers were shared throughout the summer months
in a coordinated effort between the Lanark Stewardship Council,
Leeds County Stewardship Council, and the Grenville Land Stewardship
Council. These Stewardship Rangers provided support and manpower
for community-based projects. During the summer of 2002, the
rangers provided assistance to a landowner by planting willow
cuttings to stabilize a creek bank, as well as being involved
in other projects.
